Harvested ocean-fresh from the coldest currents running through Alaska, Red King Crab is sweet and firm. It is unmatched for its sweet flavor. Alaska Red King Crab is truly the "King of Alaska". This Crab is very versatile and prestigious on any menu. King Crab can be served as appetizers, entrees and soups. This Jumbo size Red King Crab is split in a butterfly fashion where the leg is sliced two-thirds of the way lengthwise. This way each leg opens up providing easy to get-at-crab. The Split Jumbo is the larger Crab and has the most meat. The Butterfly Split Jumbo King Crab is delivered pre-cooked and only needs to be warmed.
