Bairdi Crab is the largest of the four species of Snow Crab. It is also the most popular and most sought after. It's snow white meat is an excellent source of high-quality protein, and is low in fat and calories. By whatever name it’s called, Bairdi or Queen Crab, this diva is delicious! This tasty crab can be prepared in a number of different recipes, and may be steamed, broiled, sauteed, grilled or roasted. Warm up at 425 deg F. for 4 to 6 minutes. Serve with butter or your preferred dipping sauce!
